You will play a key role in the developments onward success as a high number of properties to be sold. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Residential Sales or New Homes market. Key Responsibilities A bit more about the role: Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homes Ability to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team members Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven Knowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantage This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a developer with highly exciting growth plans. Required Weekend work is required and this opportunity will be paying upto £28,000 Basic Salary exciting commission package.
