We have recently launched an ambitious new five-year strategy focused on strengthening the sectors resilience, leadership, skills and sustainability in a changing political, economic and social environment. The Facilities & Administration Manager role plays an important part in supporting that work. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead the delivery of facilities, reception, administration and conference support services across NICVAs offices and conference facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring NICVA provides a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for staff, members, tenants and visitors. This includes overseeing day-to-day building operations, supporting conference and event delivery, coordinating health and safety activity, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all front-of-house functions. The role includes leading and developing a team of Facilities & Event Support staff, Receptionists and an Administrator, coordinating conference bookings and tenant relationships, and helping maximise the use of NICVAs conference facilities and office space. This role would suit someone who can combine strong organisational and people management skills with a practical, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. Salary: £37,280 - £39,152 per annum (NICVA Grade H, NJC points 26-28) Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week) Whats in it for you?
