Quality Manager We are working in partnership with Willerby, a market leader in UK manufacturing, to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. This is a key appointment for the business, offering the opportunity to lead and develop quality systems that underpin Willerby’s long-standing reputation for product excellence. The successful candidate will take ownership of all quality assurance processes, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standard — the Willerby Gold Standard — while driving continuous improvement across the organisation. You will be instrumental in the identification and resolution of quality issues, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventative measures that deliver measurable improvements. This is a highly collaborative role, working across operations, technical, customer service, and supplier teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving Willerby’s internal quality standards, coordinating production quality audits, and ensuring that all auditors are fully trained and consistent in their approach.
