Job Title: Reward Manager
Contract: FTC, 18-months

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + completion bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the refinement of job levels and the development of a consistent and scalable pay framework.
* Provide guidance and support for EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance initiatives.
* Support the year-end compensation process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
* Contribute to the implementation of a new compensation system.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, and Business teams.
* Provide expert advice and insights on reward best practices and market trends.
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure effective execution.
Desired Experience:
* Proven experience in reward/compensation, ideally in Financial Services and complex or scaling organisations.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement job frameworks and compensation structures.
* Strong understanding of EU pay transparency requirements.
* Experience working with or implementing compensation systems (Workday experience a plus)
* Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing, or less structured environments.
* A strong communicator and collaborator with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
* Self-starter with a hands-on approach and delivery mindset.
