Duties
* Provide vital administrative support in our HR system, People HR, to become a super user and manage all of our processes. PeopleHR related tasks which include:
* Take responsibility for starters, leavers, changes processes and checklists
* Prepare all letters and contracts and review templates
* Upload data as and when required
* Run reports, including for clients and prospective clients
* Verification of current data
* Respond to any PeopleHR queries from our colleagues in the business
* Responsible for writing and updating all HR related policies and procedures
* Respond in a timely manner to all reference and confirmation of employment requests
* Manage the 360-feedback process across the business
* Responsible for all pre-employment screening and visa related licenses and processes
* Administer all benefit schemes (see all schemes on offer below) including relationships with brokers and providers, processes for joiners, leavers, changes, renewals and total reward statements
* Lead the HR payroll process
* Conduct the new joiner induction process
* Annual salary benchmarking exercise.
Support
* Provide reception/office management support on a Thursday and Friday when the Office Manager is not working. This will include, answering the phone, meeting and greeting guests and making sure the office is a suitable working environment.
The Successful Candidate
* Keen to develop a career in this function working in a regulated environment.
* Enjoys managing systems and data. Keen to become proactive and efficient in managing HR processes including our benefit schemes.
* Highly responsive with an ability to respond to various internal and external requests for data.
* Has an eye for detail. Also skilled at delivery of tasks and projects. Is enthusiastic and keen to get involved in helping us ensure business efficiencies including automation of pay roll processes.
Essential Skills:
* Ideally a graduate and has previously worked in an office environment.
* You will be proactive and quick at responding to questions from the business and updating our HR system. Keen to get involved with all aspects of HR processes and skilled at managing various deadlines and priorities.
* Excellent communication skill, written and verbal.
* Lastly a keen eye for detail and a client centric mindset.
