HR Manager, LEEDS CITIZENS ADVICE & LAW CENTRE
Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre is seeking an HR Manager to lead on employee relations matters and HR initiatives.
The HR Manager will work with other managers to apply policies and procedures and provide expert advice on employment relations. They will also lead initiatives that promote inclusivity, high performance and wellbeing across the organisation.
We are looking for candidates with expert knowledge of employment law and the confidence to lead on HR matters. Experience in a People/HR Management role is essential; understanding of working in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
