Human Resources Manager Salary: Up to £50,000 Redditch Parna Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function within a growing organisation. This role oversees the entire employee lifecycle, shapes workplace culture, and partners closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance. Key Duties: Managing day to day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Leading employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Supporting leaders with HR strategy, culture, and organisational effectiveness. Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment law. Leading and developing HR team members. What we are looking for: Strong experience across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice. Confident handling performance, conflict resolution, and sensitive ER matters. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using HR systems and managing HR processes end-to-end. Previous experience in an HR management role is essential.
