What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing end‑to‑end data architectures that support secure, mission‑critical environments
* Translating complex requirements into scalable, tailored data solutions
* Developing and embedding data strategy, governance, and best practice frameworks
* Leading delivery across modern data platforms and cloud‑based technologies
* Building proof‑of‑concept solutions and supporting innovation across data capability
* Working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and impact
* Supporting the development of reusable frameworks, tools, and managed service offerings
* Applying secure‑by‑design principles in highly regulated environments
Main Skills Needed
* Strong background in data architecture, including modelling, integration, transformation, and migration
* Experience with data governance, metadata, and master data management
* Proven ability to support analytics environments and AI‑enabled solutions
* Strong data quality experience, including KPI definition and automated validation approaches
* Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS and/or Azure) such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, ADF, Synapse or equivalent
* Ability to operate in highly secure environments (active DV clearance required)
* Confident communicator with experience engaging technical and non‑technical stakeholders
