We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in the Highlands, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations on retail fit-out projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
* Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
* Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams
* Oversee quality control and snagging processes
* Ensure timely delivery within budget
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required as applicable)
* Ability to work away from home when required
