Sewell Wallis is partnering with a long-standing organisation in Bingley, West Yorkshire, that is seeking an Senior HR Officer to join its team. This Senior role offers an excellent chance for an experienced HR professional to become part of a supportive environment and play an important role within the HR function. What will you be doing? Support recruitment activities and help new starters feel welcomed and confident through a smooth onboarding process. Line manage HR staff, leading on their recruitment, induction, and appraisals, while offering clear guidance, training, and ongoing support to help them succeed in their roles. Act as a friendly and reliable first point of contact for staff across cluster schools on HR matters, providing advice where possible and working closely with colleagues when needed. Help organise and support whole school training and appraisal processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Support and assist with the delivery of HR changes and projects, helping staff adapt positively to new processes and ways of working. What skills are we looking for? Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer, ideally in the education sector. CIPD Level 5 qualification. Excellent attention to detail.
