As a Placement Developer, you'll be an important part of this. Your focus will be on the full lifecycle development, helping us provide analytical and programming skills across a range of platforms. You'll work on translating business requirements into code and developing new concepts, testing, deploying, and supporting the applications used by our business. Working closely with other tech teams, you'll help improve cross-team resolution of issues and provide support when required for project work and key events. You'll also proactively improve your existing skills, taking on new technical skills as appropriate, and continuously seek to expand your business knowledge. You'll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. About you: On track for a 2:1 or higher in your STEM degree, or studying a Master's degree (STEM) that includes a 12-month placement. You're self-motivated and eager to learn, with a self-motivated attitude to handle any new challenge.
