Responsibilities
* Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates.
* Consistently develop existing and new relationships with clients, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Manage a full‑cycle recruitment process.
* Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
* Manage complex negotiations.
* Work within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
* Positively promote the 11 brand in the market.
* Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
* Support the manager with training, stand in when required, and drive initiatives and company values.

* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
* Successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency with proven success.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
* High motivation to achieve personal and team developmental goals.
* Aspires to be a thought leader in their sector.
* Ideas person who encourages others to share theirs.
* Gives and asks for quality feedback, follows up on feedback received.
