About the Role
Are you a dynamic and consultative sales professional ready to make a real impact in the training and education sector? Qualitrain Ltd is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our Business Development Team and help drive growth across our full portfolio of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Source learners and apprentices for funded and commercial training programmes.
* Build and maintain relationships with employers, job centres, and recruitment agencies.
* Conduct consultative sales meetings and present tailored training solutions.
* Write compelling proposals and bids to win new business.
* Attend client development meetings and networking events.
* Promote Qualitrain via social media and marketing campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM and report weekly to the SMT.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in training or education.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Bid writing and proposal development experience.
* Self‑motivated, confident, and charismatic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and online meeting platforms.
* CRM experience (Hubspot preferred).
