We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Milton Keynes to recruit a committed HR Officer. This full-time, permanent position is available for an April 2026 start. Responsibilities
* Manage the school’s performance management and appraisal cycles
* Lead on the management of the Single Central Record and safeguarding audits
* Support the Headteacher in managing staff absence and return-to-work processes
* Provide advice to staff on school policies, ensuring they are applied fairly and consistently
* Participate in a strong culture of professional development across the Trust
Qualifications and Experience
* Significant experience in an HR operational role
* High standards of professional presentation and punctuality
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £29,000 – £36,500
