Responsibilities:
* Oversee the design and construction of various projects for MRA and its clients.
* Manage a range of land development, ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects while adhering to financial guidelines.
* Provide project direction by defining scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
* Ensure high construction quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
* Enforce company policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee project success.
* Collaborate with different departments to coordinate and communicate project details effectively.
* Develop new client relationships and seek income-generating opportunities for the company's growth.
* Contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the company.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, specifically with a focus on redevelopment projects. Preference for experience in wet and dry laboratory construction.
* Ideal candidate will have a background in Healthcare and Life Sciences projects.
* Proficient in construction means and methods with a detailed understanding of project financials, specifications, and scheduling.
* Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural designs and installations.
* Strong time-management skills to handle multiple project schedules and deadlines effectively.
* Ability to oversee third-party consultants and contractors throughout the project duration.
