Job Title: Site Manager | Location: Nottingham
Thorn Baker's award‑winning client is looking for a Site Manager for a brand‑new traditional build housing development kicking off in January. The project consists of 65 bespoke homes. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing housing developer with exciting new projects commencing in the East Midlands.

* Progression to Senior Site Manager within 12 months and Contracts Manager within 3 years due to expansion of the region.
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
* Liaise with both internal staff and external sub‑contractors to ensure a smooth process.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors.
* Identify and rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company‑wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
* Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and ensure any issues are corrected immediately.
Required Skills:
* SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification
* Proven track record of successfully managing the workload across traditional build housing programmes
* In‑depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Full UK Driving License
