We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, and capable of guiding clients through effective workouts that align with their fitness goals. This role involves leading group classes and/or individual sessions, promoting a safe and motivating environment, and supporting clients on their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead engaging and effective workout sessions, including group classes and/or personal training.
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients’ health status, goals, and capabilities.
Develop customized fitness plans based on individual client needs and monitor their progress regularly.
Demonstrate proper techniques for all exercises to minimize risk of injury and ensure client safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workout environment.
Motivate and inspire clients to reach their personal fitness goals.
Provide guidance on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and wellness when appropriate.
Monitor class participation and client feedback to continuously improve programming.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Uphold all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualification Requirements:
Genuinely enjoy helping others live healthier and feel better through fitness.
Friendly, patient, and responsible when working with clients.
Motivated to do your best and reach goals, especially in helping clients and promoting fitness services.
Recognized Personal Training certifications (e.g., ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC) are preferred but not mandatory — we value dedication and potential.
Must be flexible and able to commit to shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when working with clients and team members.
Previous experience in fitness instruction or training is an advantage, but passionate newcomers are welcome to apply.
