Package Description:
As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate and compliant HR records.
You’ll also contribute to process improvements, audits, and reporting—helping us continuously enhance how we support our people.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR administration
* Responding to employee queries on HR policies and procedures
* Escalating more complex matters to HR Business Partners where needed
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR systems
* Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of HR data at all times
* Assisting with audits and ensuring regulatory compliance is met
* Producing HR reports and supporting internal projects
* Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
* Supporting managers in understanding and applying HR policies
* Contributing to a consistent and professional HR service across Agincare
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Confident using systems and maintaining accurate data
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
