Freelance Construction Site Manager (Nights) – Retail Fit-Out Location: Manchester Schedule: Night Shifts 12 Hours We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Night Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a fast-paced retail fit-out project. You’ll be the key point of contact on site during night shifts, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. The Role * Lead and manage all site activities during night shifts * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to programme * Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure compliance * Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to the project team * Carry out quality checks and ensure standards are maintained * Conduct end-of-shift briefings and handovers with the day team ✅ Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out or refurbishment projects * SMSTS * Valid CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Strong leadership and communication skills * Able to work independently and make quick decisions on site This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
