Lloyds Banking Group Head Office – Birmingham City Central Location, B3 3SD
Rate of Pay
£42,500 per annum
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
About The Role
We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham, featuring a newly renovated site that promises a fresh look and feel for the entire office building. Our amazing food offerings will include:
* Weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” with dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations
* A Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table
* Daily office hospitality menus
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage performance appraisals for all Front of House staff and the Head Chef.
* Stay updated with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.
* Ensure the site meets financial targets in line with the budget.
* Continuously review service and food quality, providing feedback to the team for improvements.
* Manage a team of 10-12 staff members.
* Oversee retail and hospitality services on site.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in B&I contract catering.
* Strong management experience.
