Since 2021, our client has been on a mission to transform connectivity across the UK—bringing gigabit-speed full fibre broadband to thousands of homes and communities.
Now entering a pivotal growth phase, they're expanding their team and looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Administrator to play a key role in supporting their continued success.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate HR systems and records, processing contract changes and issuing variation letters.
2. Support end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job posts, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
3. Manage the HR inbox, employee queries, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
4. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with right-to-work and DBS requirements.
5. Prepare monthly HR operational reports and support Occupational Health referrals and risk assessments.
6. Work closely with stakeholders on absence, leave, performance management, development, and apprenticeship programmes.
7. Contribute to HR process improvements, culture initiatives, inclusion activities, and company events.
