The Company
Green Frog Connect is driving the UK’s transition to a zero-carbon electricity grid.
As an accredited Independent Connection Provider (ICP), we design and build high-voltage electricity networks up to 132kV. We also act as Balance of Plant (BoP) and EPC contractor for renewable generation and energy storage projects ranging from 5–100MW.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Site Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of a major energy infrastructure project in Lincoln.
This is an 12-month contract, starting 24th November 2025. You’ll take full ownership of site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations, subcontractors, and logistics
*
Drive compliance with HSE policies, RAMS, and CDM requirements
*
Track progress against programme and provide clear project updates
*
Manage materials, deliveries, and permits
*
Lead inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and design compliance
*
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
About You
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills — calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving
*
Excellent communicator, able to manage multiple moving parts
*
In-depth understanding of HSE, temporary works, and QA procedures
*
Experience managing civils, electrical, or energy-sector projects
*
Collaborative mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery
