As the Quality Manager you will promote levels of customer satisfaction while achieving high quality standards in a lean environment. Main Duties To develop and implement the quality management strategy in line with business standards. To develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products. To develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards. To monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
