We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team based between Burton-on-Trent and Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and issue employee communications, including employment contracts, pay review letters, pensions, etc.
2. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the HR system, performing regular checks to ensure information is logged and updated correctly.
3. Analyse HR data to identify trends and support process improvements or streamlining opportunities.
4. Provide general HR administrative support across all areas of the function.
5. Assist the team with ad-hoc HR projects and duties as required.
What We're Looking For
1. Excellent attention to detail; accuracy is essential in this role.
2. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and precision.
3. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and HR systems.
4. A proactive team player, willing to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Previous experience in a similar HR admin role is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
