What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving sales through outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Building long-term relationships that secure repeat business
* Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
* Managing your pipeline and turning enquiries into confirmed hires
* Keeping customer and sales data accurate in CRM systems
* Hitting (and exceeding!) your targets and KPIs
* Delivering product knowledge and expert advice with confidence
What We’re Looking For
* Proven telesales or sales experience (plant/tool hire or construction equipment preferred)
* A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Someone who loves the buzz of outbound sales and closing deals
* Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
* IT savvy – experience with CRM systems is a bonus
