Crone Corkill are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. The role is Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner. A minimum of 4 years PQE experience is required.
Role Flexibility
* The role is 100% flexible – home or office based.
* Full‑time is preferred; the firm will consider part‑time (four days per week, Monday to Thursday).
Responsibilities
* Act on contentious and non‑contentious matters representing both individuals and employers on the full range of employment law matters.
* Build strong and lasting client relationships and demonstrate a genuine commitment to client care.
* Specialise in employment law or have a background in employment law/litigation or a related mix.
* Engage in a balanced mix of claimant and respondent work.
* Work within a supportive team of paralegals and secretarial staff providing high quality administrative support.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years PQE experience in employment law.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Background in employment law / litigation or related fields.
