Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared or Eligible)

Location: Hatfield (On-site)

Rate: Up to £600/day (Umbrella)

Contract Duration: ASAP - 3months

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Security Clearance: Active SC clearance preferred, or candidates must be eligible


Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a well-established ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, delivering robust, user-centric solutions across a range of business-critical programmes. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced consultants and architects, with access to industry-leading training and growth opportunities.


What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on defined business processes
2. Advising on technical best practices and platform capabilities
3. Engaging with stakeholders to gather and qualify requirements—even in complex or unclear scenarios
4. Supporting solution design, testing, deployment and documentation
5. Leading development across multiple ServiceNow product lines (e.g. ITSM, IRM, CSM, HRSD)
6. Supporting technical handovers, system testing, and UAT
