Full job description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone with experience from Groundworks, Shellworks, up to interiors. You will work on a existing building with new build elements and will run for 24 weeks. Duties * Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Coordinate daily activities and schedules to optimise productivity. * Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and organisation. * Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. * Prepare reports on site performance. * Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and effectively. Requirements * Proven experience in a Site Manager role, with experience from Groundworks, Shellworks up to interiors. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment. * A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
