Supply Chain Quality Manager Location: Filton (minimum 60% onsite) Contract Length: Until 30 June 2026 Working Pattern: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am-7pm) Pay Rate: Up to £37.02 per hour (Umbrella) Up to £27.68 per hour (PAYE) Security Clearance: BPSS (completed by Our Client) IR35: Inside of IR35 The Opportunity Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager to join a high‑performing supply chain and quality team. This is a pivotal role supporting on‑time and on‑quality delivery across complex manufacturing programmes, working closely with a global supplier base. You will manage a portfolio of structural suppliers, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement, while acting as a key interface between suppliers and internal multi‑functional teams. This is a challenging, customer‑facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and enjoys influencing across organisational boundaries.
