Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

HR Administrator - Job Overview
Support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to onboarding and ongoing administration
Act as a first point of contact for recruitment activity, liaising with agencies and coordinating interviews
Advertise vacancies via ATS and social media, carrying out initial CV screening and candidate checks
Coordinate new starter processes, including inductions, PPE and IT requirements
Maintain and update HR systems (PeopleHR / Workday).
Support HR audits, reporting and data accuracy initiatives
Assist with apprenticeships, T-Level placements and early careers activity
Provide administrative support across HR projects including wellbeing, culture and engagement initiatives
Take notes for ER meetings and support HR case administration
Provide cover across payroll, training and general HR support functions when required
HR Administrator - Job Requirements
Previous experience within a HR Administrator or HR Generalist role
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
CIPD Level 3 or above preferred.
