New Business Executive
£25,000 + Commission | Bristol, Hybrid | Permanent
We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking organisation to recruit a New Business Executive to join their Bristol-based team. This is a hybrid role offering a fast-paced sales environment, excellent training, and clear progression opportunities.
You’ll play a key part in converting inbound enquiries into qualified business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for customers and guiding them through the next steps with confidence and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on incoming enquiries
Qualifying prospects and converting interest into viable leads
Accurately logging call outcomes and updating CRM systems
Managing callbacks and follow-ups efficiently
Ensuring all records and administration are kept up to date
Reporting daily and weekly on activity levels and conversion rates
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience in telesales or a phone-based sales role (essential)
Strong communication and listening skills
Good IT capability, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience or exposure to the property or home-moving sector (desirable, not essential)
