We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive Site Manager to join our school community. This position would suit someone with previous site management experience (experience within a school setting would be desirable) and knowledge of establishing and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes. You will be a key part of our wider Estates team, responsible for building maintenance and ensuring high standards of compliance are maintained, liaising with contractors and supporting longer-term development plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Site department health and safety as well as promoting health and safety throughout the school so must have a good knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures as well as the ability to communicate effectively. This is a busy, active and hands-on role, so the ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines is essential.

Occasional evening/weekend working may be required from time to time to meet operational needs.

The successful candidate will be:

* Passionate about ensuring the school environment is exemplary
* Understanding of the importance of health and safety in a school
* Flexible and able to work well as part of a team

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date if we receive applications that meet the criteria.

Deadline for applications: Monday 14th July 2025 (noon)

Interview dates: Thursday 17th and Friday 18th July 2025
