Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Brighton for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiries to deal closure, building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing expert guidance on market trends, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills, including a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with clients
* Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
* Organisational skills, including effective time management and attention to detail
* Customer‑focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and handle inquiries professionally
* Relevant experience in real estate or a sales‑driven environment is advantageous
* Proficiency with CRM software and other sales‑related tools is a plus
* A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are required for this position
