A leading financial services organisation are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Recruiter to play a key role in scaling its talent acquisition efforts across the UK and Europe. This is a unique opportunity to recruit world‑class talent in trading and quantitative research, two areas central to the firm’s long‑term success. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating closely with senior leadership and global recruitment teams to design and deliver forward‑thinking, data‑driven hiring strategies. You’ll engage deeply with niche talent pools, build strong industry networks, and attract exceptional individuals in a competitive and dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full end‑to‑end recruitment for trading and quantitative research roles across the UK & Europe.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insight on market conditions, talent availability, and best‑practice hiring approaches.
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach top passive and active candidates.
* Build and maintain strong industry networks to proactively identify high‑calibre talent.
* Assess candidates for both technical strength and cultural fit.
* Deliver a tailored, high‑touch candidate experience that highlights the firm’s unique value proposition.
* Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders, offering data‑driven insights and clear recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
* 3+ years’ experience recruiting Front office roles within the UK & Europe.
* Proven success hiring top-tier candidates, including those navigating multiple offers.
* Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Confident using recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
* Experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
* Highly motivated self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining high delivery standards.
