The VacancyMSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team based in Rockwool, Bridgend, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Full budget management and control for contract operational expenditure
* Ensure that contract obligations are delivered compliantly, in line with clients requirements, on time and in budget
* Requests for non-contract/ad hoc jobs are assessed and quoted accurately, ensuring profitability and safety elements are covered
* Client relationship management and the further development of existing business and identify areas of potential new business
* Understanding current FM & security market and innovations available
* Clear and concise understanding of contract terminology and the potential impact of failing to comply
* Conduct specific risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing any service delivery tasks
* Effective decision maker
* Effective communicator
* Ability to manage and motivate a team
* Effective problem solving skills
* Effective mediation skills
* Positive example for Health and Safety leadership
