About the Role
Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first class customer experiences for every customer that visits one of our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact during the exciting car-buying journey, ensuring service is right first time and every time.
Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs as they consider buying a new car. Sytner Maidenhead have an exciting opportunity for someone from a customer service or sales background. Roles may include weekend patterns to provide the highest possible level of service.
On top of your salary, you will have an achievable OTE of £52,000, and you will receive a company car and benefits including subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre. When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
