Senior HR Manager \nSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 \nCompany Size: 200 employees onsite \nHours: 40 hours per week \nPosition Type: Onsite/Hybrid\n\nSF Recruitment are working with a dynamic and growing company based in Leicestershire that is looking for a hands-on HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations within an established team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently. \n- Monitoring and managing employee absences, including sick leave and return-to-work processes.
\n- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. \n- Preparing and analysing HR data reports to support management decisions. \n- Supporting managers in conducting performance appraisals and developing employee performance.
\n- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current employment laws. \n- Leading initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. \n- Supporting compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\n- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
\n- Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. \n- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \n- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
