We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and have experience with CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets using CRM software.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and establish connections.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within IT services or business solutions.
* Strong understanding of managed services and service-based selling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise,, or similar).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and performance metrics.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
