Knowledge /Experience
Essential criteria
1. Significant experience in managerial roles including engineering or building services estates functions
Desirable criteria
2. Relevant or similar NHS post
3. Understanding of acute hospitals engineering systems, fire safety and Health & Safety
Qualifications
Essential criteria
4. Minimum of Master degree level or demonstrable experience/HND/HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant FM subject
Desirable criteria
5. Membership of a professional Estates, Engineering or FM Chartered organisation
6. Project management qualification
