Solar Site Manager - UK Wide | £400-£450/day | Outside IR35
We're recruiting on behalf of multiple leading EPC contractors for experienced Solar Site Managers to join their teams on exciting renewable energy projects across the UK. With a variety of sites and projects available, this is a unique chance to gain exposure to different technologies, teams, and project types while advancing your career in the solar industry.
As a Solar Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of your sites, leading teams and subcontractors, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to adapt to different site environments.
Flexibility to travel anywhere in the UK is essential, as projects are spread nationwide. Candidates must have proven site management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
This is an outside IR35 contract offering a competitive daily rate of £400-£450, with multiple vacancies available across a range of leading EPC contractors.
