Location:Travelling to various within East Midlands and West Midlands
Hours: Days only | MondayThursday: 7:00am5:00pm | Friday: 7:00am4:00pm
Salary: £60,000£65,000 DOE + Car Allowance (Negotiable for the right candidate)
The Opportunity
Were working with a leading engineering and construction business who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in MEICA and the water industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with clients and providing regular progress updates to senior management
2. Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation activities
3. Attend and contribute to internal and external project and design meetings
4. Ensure all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
5. Monitor programme timelines, costs, and workforce performance, including subcontractors
6. Carry out regular quality, safety, and compliance inspections
7. Oversee and manage commissioning activities for MEICA systems
