This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to provide HR support across the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and completion of tasks within agreed targets.</p><ul><li>Salary: Up to £38,000</li><li>Full time, permanent</li><li>Progression opportunities</li></ul><h3>What youll do</h3><ul><li>Handle low-level employee relations and absence cases, providing HR coaching and support to managers.</li><li>Act as first point of contact for HR queries, offering advice on policies and procedures.</li><li>Compile, summarise and report confidential HR information.</li><li>Provide full HR administration including payroll, benefits and contracts.</li><li>Take notes and organise senior management and HR meetings.</li><li>Manage recruitment processes from shortlisting to issuing offers.</li><li>Maintain HR systems, databases and produce management reports.</li><li>Support HR projects, policy compliance, continuous improvement and community outreach.</li></ul><h3>What youll need</h3><ul><li>Relevant third-level and/or CIPD qualification, with minimum three years generalist HR experience.</li><li>Proven background in employee relations, absence management and coaching support to managers and staff.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.</li><li>Results-driven, adaptable team player with strong planning, analytical and organisational skills.</li><li>Proficient IT user with advanced Microsoft Office skills.</li></ul><p>For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
