Location: Carlisle - Onsite

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 initially with flexibility required to cover absence, sickness and annual leave across other teams working weekend and night shifts.

The Role:

As Quality Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to food safety, compliance, and excellence. Leading a team of Shift Technologists and QAs, this is a hands-on role where you'll combine leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement to ensure every product meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading, mentoring, and developing your Quality team to deliver outstanding results.
2. Safeguarding food safety and hygiene standards across the site.
3. Maintaining robust documentation - from raw materials through to finished goods.
