Responsibilities
- Own the Integrated Management System: Lead, manage, and align our entire quality function with company goals and compliance directives.
- Be the Audit Authority: Design and coordinate all internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and maintain all necessary certifications.
- seek out and drive initiatives to consistently elevate our quality processes, practices, and efficiency.
- Monitor quality performance (KPIs and audit results), manage all non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Conduct essential site inspections and audits across all contracts and offices to ensure the management systems are working in the real world.
- Provide hands-on quality expertise and training to operational teams, supporting them with quality plans, checks, and problem-solving.
- Proactively maintain the Legislative Register, ensuring the business is always informed and compliant with the latest rules and announcements.
- Lend your quality and compliance expertise to the work-winning and bidding process to showcase our competitive edge.
What we are looking for in a candidate
- Strong, practical knowledge of managing quality within an engineering or construction environment.
- Hold a minimum Level 4 Qualification in a related field (Quality, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science).
- Must be a CQI Practitioner (minimum), with Chartered Member (preferred) status.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor experience (minimum) or certified (preferred).
