Overview
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 18 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

Responsibilities
* Provide senior leadership across the People Services team with responsibility for Employee Relations Case Management and line manage the Investigation Officers.
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider People and Culture directorate.
* Provide leadership and expert advice to the People Services Team and the Employee Investigations team on all Employee Relations matters and complex cases.
* Operate as a core member of the senior leadership team for the People & Culture Directorate, ensuring strategies, plans and ways of working are coherent and aligned, and an effective and efficient value-added service is delivered to the organisation.
* Deputise for the Head of People Services as required and represent People Services on national groups, influencing the development of the All-Wales workforce agenda.
* Lead the Directorate in developing people capacity and capability to deliver business plans, including robust and effective workforce planning.
Qualifications / Requirements
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
