The role has become available due to a team member relocating to a new area and offers a great opportunity to join a well-established care organisation.</p><p>The Internal Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment within a regulated setting, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality care staff while maintaining full compliance throughout the onboarding process.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for care and support staff</li><li>Advertise and source candidates via job boards and local channels</li><li>Conduct screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews</li><li>Manage onboarding and candidate communication</li><li>Complete compliance checks (DBS, references, Right to Work, UKVI)</li><li>Support recruitment events and work closely with operational teams</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>£26,800 – £28,000 salary</li><li>28 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Mileage allowance & access to company vehicle (where required)</li><li>Employee recognition and team events</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Previous recruitment experience is essential</li><li>Healthcare/social care experience desirable but not essential</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (ideally a driver)</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Knowledge of compliance and Right to Work checks advantageous.</li></ul></div>
