Role Purpose
The Sales Executive drives sales growth by engaging with customers via cold and warm calls, offering an end-to-end sales experience, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. This involves highlighting our premium brands and services, building relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
* Convert inquiries into sales through effective engagement and empathy.
* Make outbound calls to establish rapport and interest.
* Record customer needs and preferences.
* Explain and promote products, addressing questions or concerns.
* Schedule appointments with franchisees and follow up post-appointments.
* Handle objections and follow up to close sales.
* Maintain regular contact with leads via calls and emails.
* Monitor and report on engagement activities and trends.
Experience & Skills
* Proven sales experience, ideally via telephone, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
* Experience in upselling/cross-selling and using CRM tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational skills and resilience.
