About the Role
We are looking for an organised and motivated HR Administrator to join a busy and growing HR team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in Human Resources.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR function, helping to ensure that HR processes run smoothly across the business. You will support a wide range of activities including employee records management, recruitment administration, onboarding, and general HR queries.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and induction materials.
* Manage HR documentation such as contracts, policy updates, and employee correspondence.
* Respond to basic HR queries from employees and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
* Support absence tracking, holiday records, and general HR data reporting.
* Assist with HR projects and process improvements where required.
* Ensure HR records are maintained in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience is beneficial but not essential).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
* Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* An interest in developing a career within Human Resources.
