You will have a keen eye for detail to ensure our facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community. You will have: A City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ catering equivalent (Level 1 and 2). Experience of supervising staff. Experience of preparing, cooking and serving food for large numbers, including the ability to scale recipes up and down to suit varying numbers. Awareness of dietary requirements for catering. The ability to work unsupervised to produce nutritious, economical, well-presented meals of good quality.
