The Role - What will you be doing?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll be trained to become a specialist recruiter, responsible for sourcing top talent for global clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies across our specialist industries
* Conducting candidate searches using our database, LinkedIn, job boards and social media
* Headhunting and engaging candidates through proactive outreach
* Preparing and presenting pre-qualified CVs to the business development team
* Coordinating interviews, including preparation, travel arrangements and debriefs
* Providing post-placement support, including accommodation, travel and compliance checks
* Identifying new business opportunities to support ongoing growth
